• Items must be present in their original packaging.
• A valid proof of purchase—either the original receipt or order confirmation email is required to process exchanges and returns.
• Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange or return
• In case of no valid reason; Delivery charges shall be beared by the respected customer
